Toyota Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Brodie Bott as its new manager, public affairs.
Mr Bott is based at Toyota’s head office in Port Melbourne and brings more than 13 years’ experience in corporate communications and media relations to the position.
Toyota chief marketing officer Wayne Gabriel said he was pleased to welcome Brodie to the team as Toyota prepared to launch a raft of new models and continues to transition its business to prepare for an exciting future.
“There has never been a more exciting time to work at Toyota and Brodie’s background in journalism and extensive experience in corporate communications across a diverse range of industries ensure he is very well placed to lead Toyota’s public relations team,” Mr Gabriel said.
Since commencing his career in broadcast and radio journalism with stints at Seven Network, WIN, and Southern Cross Austereo, Mr Bott has worked in corporate communications, media relations and social media across a diverse range of industries in Australia and Canada including automotive, energy, financial services and government.
